Job Role

- Showroom Sales Executive – Mattress Store

- Work at retail mattress stores in and around Chennai.

- Interact with walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

- Recommend suitable mattress and related products based on customer needs.

- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

- Address customer queries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain a customer-friendly and well-organized showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers and understand their product requirements.

- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options.

- Recommend suitable products to customers and assist them in making purchase decisions.

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

- Maintain proper store merchandising as per company guidelines.





- Ensure the showroom remains organized and customer-friendly.

- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

- Gender: Male

- Age: 20–35 years

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Retail Sales.

- Furniture sales experience will be an added advantage.

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

- Valid driving license required.

- Positive customer-handling and sales skills.
