Role Description The Showroom Manager role at Richi Interiors is a full time, on-site position based in Vijayawada.
The Showroom
Manager oversees daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, product display management, inventory checks, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their interior requirements, guiding them through product options, and coordinating quotations and sales.

Manager collaborates with sales and design teams, tracks showroom performance,
addresses customer concerns, and ensures that service standards and brand guidelines are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience.
- Candidates should possess sales-oriented skills, including Sales and experience managing or working in Showrooms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Experience in retail, interiors, furniture, or home décor environments is preferred.
- Ability to manage staff schedules, basic reporting, and day-to-day operations with attention to detail.
- Comfort with using POS systems, basic computer applications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Interior Design, or a related field is an advantage.
