About the Role

CS Soft Solutions is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Shopify Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Shopify Theme Development, Shopify Liquid, Shopify Apps/API integrations, and BigCommerce development.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performing e-commerce websites while delivering seamless and responsive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify websites and e-commerce stores.
- Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop custom sections, templates, functionalities, and storefront features.
- Integrate and configure Shopify Apps, APIs, and third-party services.
- Work on Shopify store migrations, enhancements, and performance improvements.
- Develop and customize BigCommerce websites and storefronts.
- Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across different browsers and devices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify bugs, and implement effective solutions.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, scalability, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, QA teams, and other developers.
- Understand project requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills




- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Shopify development.
- Strong experience in Shopify Theme Development & Customization.
- Proficiency in Shopify Liquid.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience with Shopify Apps and API Integrations.
- Hands-on experience with BigCommerce Development & Customization.
- Good understanding of responsive and cross-browser development.
- Experience with website performance optimization.
- Solid debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of e-commerce workflows and best practices.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Shopify Plus.
- Knowledge of Shopify Storefront API / GraphQL.
- Experience with third-party payment gateways and shipping integrations.
- Familiarity with Git/version control.
- Experience working with international e-commerce clients.
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks is an added advantage.
