Store Manager / Team Manager / Shift Leader – F&B;

- Manage daily store operations, shift activities, staff discipline, and customer service.

- Handle store opening/closing, cash registers, POS reconciliation, and shift reporting.

- Manage staff schedules, training, attendance, grooming, and SOP compliance.

- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, freezer temperatures, waste, and portion control.

- Ensure excellent customer service, handle complaints, and maintain Amadora’s premium brand experience.

- Maintain store hygiene, food safety, quality standards, and audit compliance.

Requirements

- Experience in F&B; / QSR / Retail Store Operations is preferred.

- Strong team leadership, staff management, and customer service skills.

- Knowledge of POS operations, cash handling, inventory, and stock management.

- Ability to train staff on product knowledge, hygiene, and SOPs.

- Positive communication, problem-solving, and operational management skills.

- Ability to work during peak hours and manage store operations independently.

- Strong focus on food safety, hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction.
