- Manage and supervise daily QSR and restaurant operations.

- Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor food quality, service standards, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.

- Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and product availability.

- Operate and monitor POS systems and ensure accurate billing and cash handling.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and company standards.

- Allocate staff duties and manage shift responsibilities.

- Monitor sales, labor, productivity, and operational performance.

- Train and support new employees and team members.

- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate updates to management.

- Ensure company SOPs, policies, and safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee complete QSR operations during assigned shifts.





- Achieve sales, service, productivity, and operational targets.

- Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.

- Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.

- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.

- Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.

- Ensure accurate POS transactions and cash management.

- Support continuous improvement in restaurant operations.

Experience

Job Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail management.

- QSR experience is mandatory.

Qualification

- 12th Pass, Diploma, or Degree.

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is highly preferred.

- Graduates from any discipline may also be considered.

Skills

- Proficiency in POS systems.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Valuable team management and communication skills.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to handle fast-paced QSR operations.
