- Floating enquiries and obtaining competitive offers from vendors.
- Conducting vendor negotiations to ensure optimal commercial terms.
- Preparing comparative statements, NFAs, and issuing Work Orders.
- Performing internal cost analysis to support decision-making.
- Analyzing data related to supplier evaluation and performance.
- Reviewing user department requirements and ensuring effective coordination.
- Facilitating vendor development and managing vendor registration processes.
