? Job Overview

Atos is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join its AI & Analytics practice. The consultant will work closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

The role involves hands-on configuration, development, integration, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow platform capabilities.

? Key Responsibilities

- Work primarily across ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, ITAM, IRM, ITOM/CMDB and GRC
- Participate in functional design workshops and prepare technical/design specifications
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Perform ServiceNow configuration, development, testing and implementation
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture teams for client presentations and technical discussions
- Develop integrations using HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Web Services, SOAP, Email and MID Server
- Prepare technical and customer-facing documentation
- Work with ITSM processes, metrics and KPIs to deliver effective business solutions

? Required Skills
- Hands-on ServiceNow development/configuration and implementation




- Approximately 18–36 months of ServiceNow experience OR 3+ years with similar ITSM tools
- Strong understanding of ITIL / IT Service Management processes
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- HTML
- CSS
- XML
- JavaScript / AJAX
- Web Services / SOAP
- Email integrations
- MID Server
- ServiceNow Plugins
- Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL and related technical components
- Solid documentation and customer communication skills

? Preferred ServiceNow Modules

Experience in 2 or more of the following is preferred:

ITSM | ITOM | CMDB | ITAM | IRM | GRC | CSM | HRSD | FSM | BCM | TPRM | ESG | SPM | SecOps | LCO | Now Intelligence | Now Assist / AI Agent / Agentic Workflow | AI Control Tower | HAM | SAM

? Certifications

Required / Preferred:

- CSA – Certified System Administrator
- ITIL Foundation – V2/V3
- ServiceNow ITSM

At least one preferred:

- ITOM – Discovery / CMDB
- ITAM – HAM / SAM
- HRSD
- CAD
- VR
- GRC / IRM
- Other relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus

? Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related discipline.
