? Key Requirements

- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules
- 3+ years of advisory consulting & technical delivery
- 3+ years of expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Scripting, Workflows & Integrations
- 2+ years of experience in Proposal Writing, SOW Creation & Client Presentations
- 2+ years of experience leading Client Workshops and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Solid stakeholder management, communication & presentation skills





? Mandatory Certifications

✅ ServiceNow CSA

✅ 2 or more CIS certifications from ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HAM / SAM / HRSD / Discovery

✅ PMP or equivalent

✅ ITIL Foundation
