We are looking for an experienced QC Engineer with hands-on knowledge of elevator installation to ensure that all elevator projects are executed as per approved drawings, company standards, safety requirements, and quality specifications.
Proven relevant work experience as Quality Executive/Incharge.
Capable of identifying defects and implementing corrective actions.
Must have positive attention to detail. Must possess valuable leadership skills.
Adaptable and willing to learn/ take up tasks as per requirements.
Conduct quality inspections of elevator components, fabricated parts, and finished products.
Ensure proper documentation for ISO and other quality management systems (if applicable).
Perform stage-wise inspections during installation activities.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, and NCR (Non-Conformance Report) records.
Identify quality defects and coordinate with Production, Design,
and Installation teams for corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor welding quality, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and assembly quality.
Verify incoming materials and purchased components as per quality requirements.
Conduct final inspection before dispatch and installation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
Handle customer quality complaints and support root cause analysis.
Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
Train technicians and production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
Monitor rejection, rework, and quality performance indicators and submit periodic reports to management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
