We are looking for an accomplished Academic Consultant for research coaching, thesis refinement, and high-impact publication mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level academic supervision and strategic research guidance to Master’s and PhD scholars.
Comprehensively evaluate, edit, and elevate all five core thesis chapters.
Assist researchers with study frameworks, data analysis strategies, and research proposal development.
Steer manuscripts through submission, revision, and acceptance in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals.
Ensure manuscripts meet strict international publishing benchmarks, author guidelines, and standard referencing styles (APA, Vancouver, Harvard, etc.).

Core Requirements:
Master’s or PhD degree in Social Science or closely related.
Verified lead (first) author of at least one published article in a Scopus or Web of Science (WoS) indexed journal.




Outstanding academic English writing skills and a thorough grasp of the international peer-review workflow.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):
First-author publications in prestigious Q1 or Q2 journals.
Hands-on quantitative analysis experience using IBM SPSS, SmartPLS, or AMOS.
Familiarity with qualitative methods using NVivo, ATLAS.ti, or thematic analysis.
Working knowledge of programming or computational tools: Python, R, or Deep Learning.
