We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through field visits, client acquisition and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients, customers and business opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits and generate new leads.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily field visit,



lead and sales reports.
Represent the company professionally in the market.

Requirements:
Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with extensive field work and client meetings.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply; prior field sales experience will be preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
