About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Process cryptocurrency and digital asset buy and sell orders through approved platforms.
Check payment details and match payments with the correct orders.
Monitor active and pending orders and take timely action.
Update transaction details and maintain accurate daily records.
Check transactions for errors, mismatches, or other issues.
Report and escalate transaction-related issues to the concerned team.
Coordinate with KYC, Compliance, Relationship, and Operations teams when required.
Maintain daily operational records and reports.
Follow company SOPs, security procedures, and data-handling guidelines.




Maintain the confidentiality of customer and transaction information.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification:12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Previous experience in Operations, Banking, FinTech, Cryptocurrency, or Digital Assets will be an advantage.
