Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive placement activities across multiple states.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with companies, recruiters, HR teams and placement agencies.
Coordinate with state/city-level placement teams and training centres.
Conduct regular placement drives, interviews, job fairs and recruitment campaigns.
Maintain accurate placement MIS and prepare regular management reports.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and project-wise placement targets.
Coordinate with employers for interview schedules, offer letters, joining and onboarding.
Explore new sectors, companies and employment opportunities to increase placement outcomes.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as required by the project/client.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
