We are looking for a high-impact Channel Sales Assistant Manager / Manager to drive revenue through education channel partners for Hero Vired’s Online Degrees programs. The role involves end-to-end ownership of channel partner performance, activation, productivity, and revenue growth across assigned regions.
Channel Partner Management
• Manage end-to-end channel sales operations across assigned regions/cities.
• Achieve enrolment and revenue targets through channel-led sales.
• Plan and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify growth prospects within existing and new partner networks.
Ensure partners are well-versed with degree programs, working professional courses, fees,
Act as a bridge between channel partners, internal sales teams, and university SPOCs.
• Support partners with marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and local promotions.
Governance,
MIS & Compliance
• Track and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS on partner performance.
• Ensure adherence to pricing, compliance, and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with central sales, marketing, ops, and academic teams.
• Experience & Background
• 5–10 years of experience in Channel Sales within EdTech / Higher Education / Education services.
• Solid exposure to Online Degree Programs / Executive Education / Working Skilled programs.
• Experience managing multi-city or multi-region channel partners is mandatory.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in MIS and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
