Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
Explain product features, perks, pricing, offers, discounts, and promotions.
Demonstrate effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Provide practical training on billing, POS systems, cash/card/digital payments, and basic sales documentation.
Explain basic inventory practices, stock checking, product tagging, and replenishment.
Conduct role plays, mock sales activities, demonstrations, assignments, and assessments.
Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and learning progress.
Maintain assessment records, attendance sheets, trainee performance reports, and other required documentation.
Identify learning gaps and provide additional coaching to trainees.
Coordinate with the Center Head/project team for batch planning, assessments, industry exposure, and placement activities.

Educational Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s or higher degree in any discipline/Diploma in retail management.
2 years of experience in store or similar operations Required 2 years training experience in relevant field Functional English oral and written communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Relevant Trainer/ToT certification and eligibility should be verified against the latest applicable QP requirements.
