Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls.
Convert enquiries into OPD appointments.
Follow up with leads from Meta, Google, WhatsApp, and website.
Schedule and confirm doctor appointments.
Counsel patients on our services and encourage clinic visits.
Maintain accurate CRM records and regular follow-ups.
Achieve appointment booking and conversion targets.
Skills required:
Robust communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
Experience in hospital, healthcare, diagnostics, or specialty clinic telesales is highly preferred.
Proven track record in appointment booking and tele-sales conversions.
Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp-based patient communication is an added advantage.
