This is a full time, in office position focused on providing high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Support the team in improving customer service processes and service quality
Prior customer service experience is an added advantage
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week
