AI Easy Technologies is a technology-focused company based in Janakpuri, Current Delhi. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team and handle inbound leads, customer calling, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities1. Inbound Lead Management
Receive and handle inbound sales leads generated through various channels.
Contact recent leads promptly and understand their requirements.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, urgency, and purchase intent.
Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Ensure no genuine sales lead is left unattended.
Sales Calling & Customer Conversion
Make regular calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solution.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Follow up with interested customers until the sale is successfully closed.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Inbound Sales
Convert incoming enquiries into qualified opportunities and confirmed sales.
Respond quickly to customers who show interest in our products/services.
Build trust and maintain skilled communication throughout the sales process.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities wherever applicable.
Finance & Commercial Discussions
Discuss pricing, payment terms, quotations, and other commercial details with customers.
Coordinate with the finance/accounts team wherever required.
Follow up on pending payments and commercial commitments.
Ensure accurate communication of prices, offers, payment schedules, and terms to customers.
Help customers understand available payment/finance options, where applicable.
