Role : ServiceNow ITOM Architect (CMDB & Service Mapping)

Role Summary :

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead architecture and delivery of ServiceNow IT Operations Management capabilities, with a robust focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The architect will bring a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and monitoring tools, and will drive operational transformation through robust event management, integration, and automation practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and lead delivery of ServiceNow ITOM solutions across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Design and govern CMDB structures in alignment with organisational service and infrastructure models.
- Configure and lead ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping implementations.
- Design and implement Event Management processes to support operational transformation.
- Apply scripting expertise (JavaScript, Glide) to build platform automation and integrations.
- Configure MID Servers and integration patterns supporting Discovery and monitoring tool connectivity.




- Lead cross-functional teams and drive operational transformation initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate infrastructure and monitoring requirements into ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

Tech Stack &

Requirements :

- 10 years of overall IT experience, including 6 years in ServiceNow ITOM architecture and delivery.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), MID Server configuration, and integration patterns.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping) is mandatory.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational transformation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
