ServiceNow HRSD Senior Developer / Technical Consultant

We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Senior Developer / Technical Consultant with strong experience in HR Service Delivery, ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and reporting .

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions, working closely with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and HR Shared Services teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Work across Employee Service Center, HR Case Management, HR Services, HR Knowledge Management, and HR Agent Workspace .
- Configure and develop ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs .
- Support data imports, transformation maps, update sets, and application deployments.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions.
- Translate HR business requirements into scalable and user-friendly ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.




- Contribute to HRSD implementations, reimplementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- 4–7+ years of ServiceNow experience .
- 2–3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience .
- Experience with at least one HRSD implementation or reimplementation .
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow HRSD functionality and architecture .
- Hands-on experience with:
- Employee Service Center (ESC)
- HR Case Management
- HR Services
- HR Knowledge Management
- COE separation and security model
- HR Agent Workspace
- Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
- Business Rules & Script Includes
- Client Scripts & UI Policies
- ACLs and role-based security
- Data Imports & Transformation Maps
- Update Sets & Application Deployment
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Reporting, Performance Analytics, Executive Dashboards, and HR KPI design .
- Experience working with HR Operations, HRBPs, and HR Shared Services .
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Workday integrations .
- Knowledge of Employee Center Pro .
- Experience with AI, automation, and intelligent workflows within ServiceNow.
