Role Overview

IPDigital is looking for a capable, hands-on ServiceNow Engineer to join its Platform Services team and support a US-based client on day-to-day BAU operations and ongoing platform enhancements. The role is based at IPDigital's delivery centre in Bangalore and works on a 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST shift to align with the client's Mountain Time Zone business hours.

We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, scripting, and automation. The candidate should have a good understanding of ITSM processes and experience building automated solutions using ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and workflows.

What We Are Looking For

Key Responsibilities· Develop and customize applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.· Configure and maintain Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.· Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes,



and Data Policies.· Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, workflows, notifications, approvals, and automated processes.· Create and customize forms, fields, tables, views, dashboards, and automation solutions.· Work with ServiceNow REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub to automate data exchange and business processes.· Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting to automate repetitive tasks and business processes.· Troubleshoot application issues and resolve defects within agreed timelines, including scripting and automation-related issues.· Perform unit testing, debugging, and validation of scripts, workflows, and automation solutions.· Work with update sets and follow ServiceNow development, scripting, and automation best practices.· Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver automated ServiceNow solutions.Required Skills· 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, and automation.· Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes.· Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.





EducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Working Arrangement

This role operates on a fixed shift of 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday. The shift is designed to align the resource's working day with the client's Mountain Standard Time (MST) business hours. When the client's team starts their day at 7:00 AM MST, it is 7:30 PM in Bangalore — giving approximately 2.5 hours of shared working time each day for calls, task discussions and handovers.

The first half of the shift (2:00 PM to ~7:30 PM IST) is used for focused, uninterrupted delivery on queued tasks. The second half (~7:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST) provides live overlap with the client for real-time collaboration.
