- 13+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development projects .
- 3+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Architect .
- Must have led 2 to 3 end-to-end ServiceNow implementations from scratch in an Architect role.
- Solid experience in ITOM (IT Operations Management) and/or ITAM (IT Asset Management) modules.
- Should have been responsible for:
- Solution architecture and design
- Platform-level implementation
- Requirement gathering and technical roadmap
- Integration and customization
- Deployment and go-live activities
- Candidates with only support, enhancement, or admin experience should not be considered unless they have architect-level implementation experience.
