Role & responsibilities :
- Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of equipment.
- Diagnose and repair equipment faults and technical issues.
- Develop preventive maintenance strategies and update user manuals.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, and technicians.
- Respond promptly to service requests and provide technical support.
- Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on equipment.
- Ensure excellent customer service with a solid work ethic and growth mindset.
Qualification & Skills:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Technical understanding and knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, refineries, or tank cleaning activities will be an added advantage
