- Conduct technical and service training programs for service teams.
- Provide practical training on commercial vehicle systems and maintenance.
- Develop and deliver training modules as per business requirements.
- Train technicians and service personnel on troubleshooting and repair procedures.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and technical sessions.
- Evaluate trainees' understanding and provide feedback.
- Ensure training programs meet required technical and quality standards.
- Support service teams in improving technical knowledge and efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum **10 years of relevant experience in the Commercial Vehicle / Automobile industry
- Candidates with previous experience as a Service Trainer, Workshop Manager, Service Manager,
or Technical Expert will be preferred.
- Retired professionals with relevant industry experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong practical knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
