JD:

- Install ,troubleshoot and configure photogrammetry systems, 3D scanners, and 3D printers at customer sites.
- Perform system setup, calibration, validation, and acceptance testing.
- Configure workstation software, licenses, firmware, and network connectivity.
- Conduct site readiness assessments and recommend infrastructure requirements.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on scanners, cameras, lighting systems, and 3D printers.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related faults.
- Calibrate photogrammetry cameras, optical sensors, and scanning systems.
- Replace defective components and perform firmware/software upgrades.
- Scanner calibration issues
- Image acquisition errors
- Point cloud and mesh generation problems
- Material handling issues
- Connectivity and software integration problems
- Escalate complex technical issues to OEM support teams when required
- Support service contracts, AMCs, and SLA commitments.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and equipment uptime.
