Position Overview We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our technical team.

This is a field-based role involving regular visits to client sites for water analysis, system monitoring, and service reporting . The role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in industrial water treatment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site water testing and analysis for Cooling Towers, Boilers, RO, and Softener systems.
- Monitor system performance and report abnormalities or issues to the Technical Manager or Account Manager.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly service reports through Google Sheets, Excel, or company-provided tools.
- Maintain accurate records of chemical stock and raise alerts for low inventory levels at client sites.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to initiate chemical replenishment orders.
- Support on-ground technical activities such as system inspection, dosing setup, and sample collection.
- Attend training sessions,



audits, and review meetings organized at client sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company protocols during site operations.

Candidate Requirements Education: Minimum B.Sc (Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field). Experience: 0–2 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Technical Skills Basic knowledge of water chemistry or laboratory testing.

Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.

Soft Skills Good command over English communication and email writing .

Professional conduct, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude.

Willingness to travel regularly to industrial client sites.

Bonus: Exposure to water treatment, laboratory testing, or field service will be an added advantage.
