Job title: Service Engineer for 3 Phase UPS (Candidates strictly from UPS industry to apply)

Manage all Service and Technical aspects for the complete range of Riello UPS Systems.

Installation and commissioning of recent UPS in client sites, configure setting, and perform safety verification.

- Maintenance and Repair, conduct routine preventive inspection
- Coordinating the entire activity of the After Sales Support (Service & Support area) department
- Responsible uptime of product.




- Liaison with Business Manager Development to understand details of product direction and design and maintaining the minimum Spares Stock.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
- Conduction of the load study & efficiency in the field
- Advance level analysis of field related incident.
- Preparation of RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

Skills:-

Good knowledge on UPS & its functionality· Knowledge of Electronics Fundamentals, Digital Electronics, Microprocessors and Communication Interfaces like Modbus, TCP/IP, SNMP, BMS.· Breakdown handling experience of 3 Phase UPS· Good and Consistent Academic Records· Strong Analytical skills. Passion to Succeed and eager to learn new technologies.

Experience: 5-10 Years of experience in UPS Industry

Education: Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control
