- Understand the customer’s requirement

- Explain product features, specifications, functions and technical advantages customers.

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.

- Support the Sales Team during customer visits and product discussions.

- Provide technical inputs for quotations and tenders.

- Explain operation and safety features

- Obtain installation/commissioning acknowledgment from the customer.

- Attend customer complaints and service requests promptly.

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and functional issues.

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Maintain regular contact with customers after installation.

- Understand recurring problems and provide solutions.

- Provide technical guidance to users.

- Escalate major technical issues to the Service Manager/Technical Head.





- Identify opportunities for additional bed requirements, spare parts and AMC.

- Provide leads generated during service visits to the Sales Team.

- Support repeat orders and customer relationship management.

- Collect customer feedback regarding product performance and requirements.

- Prepare installation reports, service reports and complaint reports.

- Maintain customer-wise service history.

- Record spare parts used and warranty replacements.

- Submit daily/weekly service activity reports.

- Track pending complaints until closure.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
