About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to manage day-to-day IT service operations within the Modern Workplace / Endpoint Solutions domain.

The role involves managing service quality, SLA/KPI performance, incident and escalation management, reporting, governance, and continuous service improvement .

? Must-Have Skills

✅ 3+ years of hands-on Service Delivery Manager (SDM) experience

✅ ServiceNow (SNOW) – Incident, Problem, Change & CMDB

✅ Power BI – Dashboarding, Reporting & Service Analytics

✅ ITIL Certified

✅ SLA / KPI Management

✅ Incident, Problem & Change Management

✅ Strong Stakeholder & Team Management

✅ Excellent English Communication

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily IT service delivery and operations.
- Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs .
- Handle incidents, problems, escalations,



and critical situations.
- Ensure CMDB accuracy and process compliance.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reports .
- Analyze service metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
- Support audits, governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with global teams across different time zones.
- Conduct service reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 3 years as a Service Delivery Manager
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
- Robust leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
