Job Responsibilities

- Receive and coordinate customer service complaints and requirements.
- Coordinate with service engineers for installation, breakdown and maintenance visits.
- Schedule engineers for local and outstation service calls.
- Follow up with engineers regarding visit status and service reports.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules, material requirements and payments.
- Prepare and share service quotations, including AMC and repair-related quotations.
- Coordinate for spare parts and materials required for service work.
- Track pending complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain service records, reports and customer data in Excel/Tally.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Store and Service teams for smooth service operations.
- Follow up on pending service payments and AMC renewals.




- Prepare daily/weekly service status reports for management.

Skills Required
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Tally.
- Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Willingness to coordinate with field engineers and customers.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in UPS, electrical equipment, power electronics, industrial equipment or service coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
