We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Service Associate to support day-to-day operations at a cinema. The role involves customer service, ticketing, concessions, ushering, cleanliness, and coordination with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service

Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

Assist customers with ticket purchases and provide information about showtimes and seating.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Assist Patrons With Disabilities Or Special Requirements. Ticketing & Box Office:

Operate the ticketing system to sell and print tickets.

Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately.

Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.

Concessions Prepare and serve food and beverages such as popcorn, candy, and drinks.

Promote and upsell combo offers and promotional items.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area.

Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Ushering & Auditorium Support Check and collect tickets at the theater entrance.

Guide patrons to their seats and ensure the auditorium remains clean and orderly.

Monitor auditoriums during screenings to support a safe and comfortable environment.

Assist with crowd management during busy periods and special events.

Cleanliness & Maintenance Maintain cleanliness across assigned areas.





Report maintenance, safety, or operational issues to management promptly.

Team Collaboration Work closely with team members to ensure smooth cinema operations.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Assist with special events, promotions, and other operational activities as required.

Education Job Requirements

12th Pass or Graduation.

Minimum qualification as specified in the job requirements: 12th Pass.

English Basic English.

Skills Customer service and guest handling.

Basic ticketing and payment handling.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve issues.

Attention to cleanliness, safety, and operational procedures.
