Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Attend customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service requirements, cost and delivery time.
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair/service progress.
- Keep customers updated about the service status.
- Ensure proper quality check before vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and collect feedback.
- Prepare/coordinate billing and explain invoices to customers.
- Maintain service records and customer details.
- Recommend additional services or accessories when required.
- Coordinate warranty and insurance-related service work.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical or related field preferred.




- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle service and repair.
- Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers with relevant qualification can also apply.
- Previous automobile service experience is an advantage.

Location: pathanamthitta

- Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
