Role Description This is a full-time SEO Fresher role based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the SEO Fresher will assist in keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic technical SEO tasks to improve website visibility and search rankings. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring website performance, analyzing traffic data, and preparing reports under the guidance of senior team members.





The role also involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to align SEO goals with campaign activities and suggesting creative ideas to enhance organic reach. The SEO Fresher will be encouraged to learn industry best practices, stay updated with search engine guidelines, and support continuous improvement of Funzippy’s online presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret website data, track SEO performance, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document SEO activities.
- Candidates should possess Creativity Skills to propose engaging ideas for SEO-friendly content and optimize user experience.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of Marketing and Sales concepts to align SEO efforts with lead generation and brand growth.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) is beneficial.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow guidelines, and work both independently and in a team in a hybrid environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Interest in event technology, digital products, and long-term growth in SEO or digital marketing is an advantage.
