DETAILS OF THE ROLE
Position Title: Associate Director - HRBP
Reports To: Partner
Location: Mumbai (Dadar)
Experience: 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partnering role supporting senior leadership in a professional services firm or similar.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Associate Director – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with senior leadership and business teams to drive people strategy and organizational effectiveness. This role will be instrumental in aligning business objectives with Partners and Management, serving as a consultant and change agent to ensure a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and act as a trusted advisor on a range of people-related topics
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure integrated support
- Lead the implementation of key programs such as performance management, compensation planning, succession planning and HR process transformation




- Institutionalize and implement a structured, scalable, and inclusive Performance Management system plus process along with goal-setting methodologies, and continuous feedback systems
- Analyse performance metrics, data trends and provide insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement
- Build compensation strategy aligned with BDO India’s business goals, culture, and growth ambitions
- Manage the annual compensation planning cycle – including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions
- Develop incentive plans (short-term and long-term) aligned with business outcomes
- Identify, evaluate, and implement compensation management tools/systems

- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a business partnering role supporting senior leadership.
