Role Description:
The GST Executive / GST Specialist role at ICC is a part time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day GST compliance activities, including preparing and filing GST returns,



reconciling GST data with accounting records, monitoring input tax credit, and ensuring compliance with applicable GST regulations.

The GST Executive will review and validate vendor and customer invoices, perform ITC reconciliations, and monitor e-invoicing and e-way bill requirements. The role will also support GST assessments, notices, audits, and statutory inspections by maintaining accurate tax records and providing required documentation.

The position involves coordinating with finance and accounts teams, vendors, customers, and external tax consultants to resolve GST-related queries and discrepancies. The GST Executive will also assist in improving tax compliance processes, maintaining organized GST documentation, and preparing relevant reports and information for management.
