About Learning & Innovations Department:

In line with RtR-India's commitment towards knowledge synthesis and sharing, the Learning & Innovations (L&I;) Department undertakes efforts towards capturing insights and implementation evidence from our ongoing programs, spotlighting innovative practices within the wider education ecosystem and building strategic learning partnerships. In addition to rigorous learning documentation, which serves as knowledge resources for cross-teams and external stakeholders,



L&I; also prioritises enhancing the skills and capacity of our staff as well as disseminating these learnings effectively through organizing/participating in learning visits, conferences and workshops.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Officer, Learning and Innovations (L&I;) will work closely with the Director, RME and engage at a strategic level with cross-functional teams at both national and state levels. The role will focus on collating learning from programme implementation processes, gathering evidence of knowledge transfer between the organisation and government systems, undertaking research, collaboration and knowledge sharing, facilitating knowledge exchange across internal teams, integrating external research and cutting-edge ideas, and supporting learning dissemination through learning conferences, exposure visits and similar sharing/networking events.
