Role Description The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for end-to-end video production, including planning, editing, color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to create engaging content for digital platforms. This full-time on-site role, based in the Greater Kolkata Area, involves collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to develop video assets for brand campaigns, product demos, social media, and client presentations. Day-to-day tasks include organizing footage, maintaining visual consistency, optimizing videos for different channels,



and ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

Editor will also contribute creative ideas, streamline workflows, and mentor junior team members on best practices in video editing and post-production.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in video editing and creative designs
- Should be able to design creatives and video thumbnails
- Strong expertise in video production and video editing, including managing projects from concept to final delivery.
- Advanced skills in video color grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall storytelling.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and graphics to create dynamic visual elements and on-brand animations.
- Hands-on experience with professional editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Solid understanding of digital content formats, aspect ratios, and compression for social media and web distribution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
