Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Telesales Executive to lead outbound and inbound calling efforts, drive conversions,etc. The ideal candidate will have proven telesales experience, solid ownership of targets, and the ability to handle escalations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services

Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into leads/sales

Maintain and update customer databases; follow up with interested clients

Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer queries

Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication

Coordinate with sales/marketing teams on lead management and campaign updates





Handle escalated customer concerns with minimal supervision

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English

Robust listening and persuasion skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)

Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets

Positive, self-driven attitude with willingness to take initiative

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
