We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-driven Sales Executive who can convert qualified leads into delighted clients while representing our brand with professionalism and elegance.Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads generated through digital platforms, referrals, and walk-in clients.
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and project expectations.
Conduct discovery meetings and confidently present the company's services and design process.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings with the design team.
Follow up with prospects consistently and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare proposals, quotations,



and commercial discussions in coordination with the management team.
Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to generate referrals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM software.
Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and project teams during the sales handover process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and marketing activities when required.
Stay updated on luxury interior design trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi and Telugu are an added advantage).
Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality.
Excellent presentation and convincing abilities.
