We are looking for an Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our corporate office and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will work closely with employees, vendors, and internal teams to maintain a well-functioning and organized workplace.

What You’ll Work On

Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office requirements including housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, security, and overall office upkeep.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with office vendors, negotiate with service providers, track contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
Employee Support: Handle employee requests related to office facilities, seating, access cards, stationery, meals, and other workplace needs.
Facilities & Maintenance: Coordinate repairs, maintenance, internet, electricity, equipment, and other facility-related requirements.
Office Supplies: Maintain inventory of stationery, pantry supplies, cleaning materials,



and other office essentials and ensure timely replenishment.
Events & Meetings: Support internal meetings, team events, celebrations, visitor management, and other office activities.
Bills & Expenses: Track office-related expenses, vendor bills, invoices, and ensure timely processing and payments.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure basic workplace safety, fire safety, access control, and other office compliance requirements are maintained.
Office Expansion: Support office setup, seating arrangements, shifting, and infrastructure requirements as the company grows.
Administration: Maintain records, trackers, documents, and reports related to office operations.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in Office Administration, Facilities, Workplace, or General Administration.
Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Someone who is hands-on, proactive, and takes owne
