Role Description The Holiday Consultant role at Exotic Trips is a full time, on-site position based in Mira Bhayandar. The Holiday Consultant will interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, design customized holiday packages, and provide detailed itineraries and costings. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, coordinating with suppliers and airlines, processing bookings for holidays and air tickets, and supporting clients with visa, passport, and forex-related requirements.



The role involves maintaining accurate records, following up on payments and documentation, and ensuring a high standard of customer service before, during, and after travel. The Holiday Consultant will collaborate with colleagues across holidays, MICE, and corporate travel segments to deliver smooth, well-organized trips.
Qualifications

Relevant experience in holiday planning, travel consulting, or tour operations, with the ability to design and present tailored travel packages.
Knowledge of air ticketing processes, basic fare rules, and coordination with airlines or consolidators.
Familiarity with visa and passport procedures, documentation requirements, and foreign exchange services.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple book
