Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing current business opportunities, particularly with architects, interior designers, builders, and retail partners in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves regular client visits, presenting product portfolios, conducting product demonstrations, and nurturing long-term relationships to drive sales growth. The position includes market research, competitor analysis,



and monitoring trends in the premium surfaces and home interiors segment to inform strategy and pricing. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional activities, support store partners, and ensure smooth coordination of orders and installations. The role also requires preparing sales reports, forecasting, and meeting defined revenue and growth targets while representing the Caesarstone brand professionally in the Bengaluru market.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within building materials, interiors, or related industries.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and retail partners.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively showcase products and close deals.
