About the Role
Vedricx Global is looking for a confident, leadership-driven Operations Intern who wants real exposure to business operations, sales, marketing, and team management.
You will work directly with the CEO / Founder and help different departments achieve their targets.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR & other teams.
Track and manage team KPIs and targets.
Follow up with team members and ensure timely target completion.
Push and motivate teams to improve performance.
Identify performance gaps and help solve operational issues.
Assist in building processes, SOPs, and performance systems.
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and projects.
