Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, HR documentation, onboarding, and general HR & administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
Coordinate with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other recruitment platforms.
Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews.
Prepare and publish job descriptions and hiring posts on relevant platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documents, and attendance data.




Monitor employee attendance, leaves, late coming, and work-from-office requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR letters, salary-related documents, and other employee documentation.
Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
Support performance reviews, probation completion, and employee engagement activities.
Assist in implementing company HR policies and workplace rules.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities as required.
