About The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Configuration Specialist – Logistics, Warehouse Management & Quality Management (LWM/QM) to join our Global Capability Center in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management and Quality Management solutions. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver scalable business solutions that improve inventory visibility, warehouse efficiency, product quality, compliance, and operational performance. The successful candidate will have robust hands-on experience in SAP EWM and SAP QM, with knowledge of integrated logistics, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse operations, inventory management, quality inspections, and logistics processes.
Configure and support SAP EWM processes including inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, warehouse movements, stock transfers,



and physical inventory management.
Configure and support SAP QM processes including inspection planning, inspection lots, quality notifications, quality certificates, non-conformance management, and audit support.
Support integration between SAP EWM, QM, MM, PP, and Inventory Management processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve warehouse execution, inventory accuracy, quality compliance, and operational efficiency.
Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams to deliver reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
Support data migration, deployment, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization during project implementations.
