Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Executive role based in Ranchi, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for modular home solutions.



The Business Development Executive will build and maintain relationships with customers, coordinate with store teams and design consultants, and ensure high-quality service throughout the customer journey. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, following up on inquiries, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting defined sales targets. The role also requires collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support promotional activities and ensure timely project delivery.
