We’re looking for a Business Development Intern who is passionate about education, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to learn how an education business grows.
This is a unique, cross-functional prospect to gain hands-on exposure to business development, student counseling, marketing, outreach, and client engagement — all under a mentorship-driven learning experience.

? What You’ll Do
? Business Development & Outreach
Identify potential school partnerships, student segments, and local collaboration opportunities.
Execute outreach campaigns through calls, messages, LinkedIn, and email.
Support school visits, events, and counseling drives.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional representatives.




Maintain databases and track outreach performance.
? Student Counseling & Client Engagement
Interact with students and parents to understand their academic goals, challenges, and aspirations.
Support counseling conversations and help families explore suitable programs and learning pathways.
Follow up with prospective students and assist in the journey from inquiry to enrollment.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and maintain proper documentation through CRM or internal tools.
? Marketing & Communication
Contribute ideas for engaging digital content, including social media captions, student success stories, and short videos.
Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and communication initiatives.
Support outreach through social platforms, WhatsApp groups, and online communities.
Assist in preparing presentations, posters, and event communication material.
