Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective students, partners, and institutional clients through research, outreach, and digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing lead databases, conducting calls and email campaigns, nurturing prospects, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales and advisory teams. The specialist will collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns,



track performance metrics, and refine strategies to improve conversion rates. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and providing regular reports on pipeline health and lead quality.
Qualifications
Proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, and managing pipelines using CRM or lead management tools.
Strong communication skills, including explicit spoken and written English, and the ability to engage effectively over phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Basic understanding of sales processes, from initial contact to qualification, and comfort working with sales and marketing teams.
