Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Area Sales Executive – Diagnostics role based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and onboarding new diagnostic partners, healthcare providers, and corporate clients within the assigned territory. The Area Sales Executive will visit clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers to present Fine Labs’ diagnostic offerings, conduct product demonstrations,



and negotiate pricing and contracts. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and providing ongoing support to partners. The role also includes tracking market trends, gathering customer feedback, coordinating with operations and marketing teams, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Experience in B2B and B2C Sales.
Strong sales and business development skills in diagnostics, healthcare, or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Relationship-building and account management abilities, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of diagnostic tests, health packages, and healthcare industry dynamics; ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple language.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreads
