Role Description The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations of parking systems at HPIPL’s on-site facility in Noida.



This full time role includes planning and scheduling production, managing resources and materials, and ensuring products meet quality, safety, and ISO standards. The Production Manager coordinates closely with engineering, procurement, installation, and quality assurance teams to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and meet project timelines. Day-to-day tasks involve supervising production staff, monitoring equipment performance, resolving operational issues, and implementing process improvements and automation where applicable. The role also includes maintaining accurate production reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with HPIPL’s innovation and sustainability goals.
